Cancellation & Refund Policy

OpenPlay Games

• 100% Refund: Cancellation more than 24 hours before game start time

• 50% Refund: Cancellation within 24 hours but before Lock-In Time

• No Refund: Cancellation after Lock-In Time

Waitlisted Players

If a waitlisted player does not get a confirmed spot, they will receive a 100% refund at Lock-In Time.

Rhythm & Rally–Initiated Cancellations

If a session is cancelled due to insufficient players, all participants receive a full refund.

What Is Lock-In Time?

Lock-In Time is the final cut-off to confirm whether a session will proceed. It helps maintain smooth scheduling and reliable gameplay.

Lock-In Time Schedule:

• Early Games (before or at 9 AM): 11:00 PM the previous night

• Day/Evening Games (after 9 AM): 2 hours before the session

  • e.g., a 6:00 PM game → Lock-In Time: 4:00 PM

Events, Clinics & Tournaments

Confirmed slots are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are initiated by our payment partner within 5–7 working days.
