Minors may participate only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be deemed responsible for compliance with these Terms.

4. Bookings, Events & Coaching

• All bookings, events, clinics, and coaching sessions are subject to availability.

• Each location or event may have additional specific rules, which you are responsible for reviewing before confirming a booking.

• Failure to follow facility guidelines may result in removal from activities or denial of services.

5. Equipment Use

• Any equipment provided by Rhythm & Rally must be used responsibly and at your own risk.

• You must report any damaged equipment before use.

• Loss, theft, or damage caused by negligence may result in charges as determined by Rhythm & Rally.

6. Payments

• All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

• By completing a payment, you agree to their terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

• Refunds and cancellation rules are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy (available in the Privacy Policy page or as a separate document).

Rhythm & Rally does not store or control your payment card details.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful activities

• Harass, harm, threaten, or discriminate against others

• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or infringing content

• Bypass, disable, or misuse security features

• Engage in fraudulent activity, including fake bookings or payment disputes

• Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including logos, graphics, images, text, and design—is the exclusive property of Rhythm & Rally or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use this content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Rhythm & Rally is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Accessing third-party links is at your own discretion.

10. Disclaimers

• Use of the Platform and participation in activities is at your own risk.

• Rhythm & Rally does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses sustained during gameplay, coaching sessions, events, or use of facilities.

• You are responsible for evaluating your own fitness to participate in physical activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Rhythm & Rally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or facilities.

• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you on the Platform in the past two (2) months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Rhythm & Rally harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your participation in any Rhythm & Rally activities

13. Termination

Rhythm & Rally may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or Services at any time if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct

• Required by law or safety concerns

You may stop using the Platform at any time by closing your account.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will become effective once posted on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
